This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Wendy De Rosa’s School of Intuitive Studies (“we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from US. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

The School of Intuitive Studies (“Website”) is governed by the following Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we may collect and how it may be used. This statement only applies to this Website.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW IS IT USED?

  • Information You Voluntarily Submit to the Website: We may collect personal information from you such as your name or email address. For example, you may voluntarily submit information to the Website by leaving a comment, subscribing to a newsletter, or submitting a contact form. In addition, we may ask you to create a user profile, which would allow you to create a username and password. We will store the username, but your password will not be visible in our records.
  • Information We Collect from Others: We may receive information about you from other sources. For example, if you use a third-party software through the site, they may transfer information to us for fulfillment.
  • Automatically-Collected Information: We automatically collect certain information about you and the device with which you access the Website. THIRD-PARTY USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Additionally, the Website may use third-party service providers service various aspects of the Website. Each third-party service provider’s use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policies. The Website currently uses the following third-party service providers:

  • Google Analytics – this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.
  • Payment Processing – this service is used to serve our ecommerce platform. At no time is your banking information passed to the Website. We receive only information used for order fulfillment.
  • Infusionsoft – this service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications.
  • AppointmentCore – this service is used to schedule appointments and may collect your contact information.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.

Except when required by law, we will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent; however, we may disclose or transfer personal information collected through the Website to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.

ANONYMOUS DATA

From time to time, we may use anonymous data, which does not identify you alone, or when combined with data from other parties. This type of anonymous data may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Examples of this anonymous data may include analytics or information collected from cookies.

PUBLICLY VISIBLE INFORMATION


If you create a user profile on the Website or leave a comment, certain information may be publicly visible.

COOKIES

The Website uses cookies to store visitors’ preferences, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads, customize Website content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Display Ads
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use cookies. No personally identifiable information is shared with the Website’s ad providers.

Retargeting Ads
From time to time, the Website may engage in remarketing efforts with third-party companies, such as Google, Facebook, or Instagram, in order to market the Website. These companies use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Website.

Sponsored Content Tracking Pixels
This Website may engage in sponsored campaigns with various influencer networks, brands, and agencies. All sponsored content is duly disclosed in accordance with the FTC’s requirements. From time to time, these sponsored campaigns utilize tracking pixels (aka web beacons), which may contain cookies to collect data regarding usage and audience. This information is collected by the sponsoring company to track the results of the campaign. No personally identifiable information collected by the Website is used in conjunction with these tracking pixels.

Affiliate Program Participation
The Website may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into the Website. If you click on a link for an affiliate partnership, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for purposes of commissions.

The School of Intuitive Studies is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and links to Amazon.com.  As part of this Amazon Associates program, the Website will post customized links, provided by Amazon, to track the referrals to their website. This program utilizes cookies to track visits for the purposes of assigning commission on these sales.

Newsletters
On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.

RIGHTS RELATED TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Opt-out – You may opt-out of future email communications by following the unsubscribe links in our emails. You may also notify us at info@schoolofintuitivestudies.com to be removed from our mailing list.

Access – You may access the personal information we have about you by submitting a request to info@schoolofintuitivestudies.com.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

At no time should you submit sensitive personal information to the Website. This includes your social security number, information regarding race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health information, criminal background, or trade union memberships. If you elect to submit such information to us, it will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

The Website does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If a parent or guardian believes that the Website has personally identifiable information of a child under the age of 16 in its database, please contact us immediately at info@schoolofintuitivestudies.com and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Wendy De Rosa offers Intuitive Healing Sessions, using Clairvoyance, Intuition, Divine Guidance, and Reiki.

The contents of this site and any additional sites operated or managed by The School of Intuitive Studies stated are for informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or condition. The information contained within the programs including private and group sessions should not be taken as medical advice nor be considered a reason to avoid appropriate medical or psychological treatment by a qualified practitioner as determined by the laws of your state and/or country of residence.  

The word “healing” denotes a quality of spiritual development and does not imply a treatment, cure or diagnosis of any physical or mental condition. Client understands that Practitioner’s services are consultative in nature and that decisions made and actions taken, based on input or advice from Practitioner, are ultimately the complete responsibility of the Client. Client further understands that Practitioner shall have no liability or responsibility for any actions of Client taken (or not taken) in connection therewith. Practitioner makes no guaranties or warranties, expressed or implied, as to results to be achieved, or as to the consequences of any actions taken or not taken by Practitioner.

The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, which do not apply to the average purchaser, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Private Sessions:
REFUND/CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be received 1 business day, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Requirements for cancellations are 48-72 hours notice if a session falls on a Monday or the first business day after a holiday or weekend. If client cancels or misses a session within 24 hours prior, full payment of the session will be charged.

Intuitive Heart Program Online/Live:
REFUND/CANCELLATION: We are fully committed to helping you grow personally and spiritually. You have until 7 days after enrollment to request a refund. We do this because we are looking specifically for serious and dedicated students. We expect you to make a wise and thoughtful commitment to beginning this journey and educational process.

Program participants will have indefinite access to the course materials, so please do not request a refund because you have not had the time to go through the materials or could not attend specific live call sessions.

Important: To be eligible for a refund, we require a complete assessment of how you have applied the work in Part 1. This means you must take immediate action in this program. We know that if you commit to listening to the live calls, reviewing the audio and video lessons, and completing the work you will see results. If you do the Module 1 work and don’t get value, the following refund policy will apply:

Refund Policy: Full tuition refund given up to 15 days prior to the start of the program. After 15 days and before Part 2 of the program, there is $100 service charge withheld and the balance is refunded. Up until Part 3, $150 is withheld and the remaining balance refunded. After Part 3, there are no refunds.

Intuitive Healer Training Program:
REFUND/CANCELLATION: Because we believe it is important you feel called to join this program, we trust you will make the choice to be here from a clear place. Yet, unforeseen circumstances do happen. Program participants will have indefinite access to the course materials, so please do not request a refund because you have not had the time to go through the materials or could not attend specific live call sessions. Refund Policy: Full tuition refund given up to 15 days prior to the start of the program. After 15 days prior and before Module 1 of the program, there is $500 service charge withheld and the remaining balance paid is refunded. If you do the Module 1 work and do not get value, the following refund policy will apply up until Module 2: $1500 is withheld and the remaining balance paid will be refunded within 30 days. After the start of Module 2, there are no refunds. Important Note: To be eligible for the partial refund during Module 1, we require your completed homework from Module 1. This means you must take immediate action in this program. We know if you commit to listening to the live calls, reviewing the audio and video lessons, and completing the homework, you will see results.

Products:
REFUND/CANCELLATION: Requests for refunds must be received within 24 hours of the timestamp of your purchase for all digital products. Refunds for products shipped to you must be received within 7-days of your order and must be back in our warehouse in new condition prior to a refund being processed. Specific products or services may specify their own refund policy, which supersedes the refund policy herein.

Interactive Features:
We reserve the right to alter, edit, refuse to post or remove any postings or content, in whole or in part, for any reason and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and to protect ourselves, our clients, sponsors, users and visitors.
